Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Landscaping, Lawn Care, and General Laborer. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to complete tasks efficiently. This role involves a variety of outdoor work, including lawn maintenance, landscaping, site cleanup, and assisting other crews with labor needs.
Duties
Perform lawn care services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain clean and professional landscapes.
Install and maintain landscaping features, including planting flowers, trees, and shrubs, as well as laying mulch and sod.
Operate hand and power tools, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws, safely and effectively.
Assist with site preparation, including grading, digging, and spreading materials like gravel, dirt, or mulch.
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials to support construction and maintenance crews.
Clean and maintain job sites by removing debris, power washing, and ensuring areas are free of hazards.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Skills and Specifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or general labor is preferred but not required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as random drug screens throughout employment.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of job site responsibilities.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
