Purpose 

The  Class A or B CDL Tri Axle Dump Truck Driver is responsible for operating dump truck pick up and delivery of aggregates, asphalt, sand & rock to construction sites.  Join our dedicated team of professionals where your skills as a Truck Driver will be valued and contribute to our mission of delivering quality service.


Job Summary 
We are seeking reliable and skilled Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage routes effectively.

 Duties

  • Operate various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers and roll-off trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of materials.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

  • Maintain accurate hourly and load tickets, including customer and cargo information.

  • Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

  • Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during deliveries.

  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

  • Responsible for cleaning bed of truck and truck cab.

·         Daily inspection sheets are to be filled out and turned in.

 Skills and Specifications

  • Must be at least 22 years of age

  • Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License - Class A or B).

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as random drug screens throughout employment.

  • Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.

  • Experience with flatbed or lowboy operation is preferred but not required.

  • Must possess a valid medical card and clean MVR.

  • Strong route driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations.

  • Must be able to climb, bend, kneel to get in/out of truck without issue.
